Haim Sadger, Chairman

Mr. Sadger is a Partner with Sequoia Capital Israel where he focuses on mobile, semiconductor, systems and software investments. Before joining Sequoia Capital in 1999, Mr. Sadger held senior engineering and management positions at Intel corporation. He has a BS in Electrical Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.

Dr. Zigmund Bluvband

As an acclaimed inventor and chairman of Silent Communication, Dr. Bluvband parlayed his expertise and entrepreneurial initiative into the establishment of Advanced Logistics Developments, formerly part of the BARAN group, which went public to the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange in 2000, where he currently serves as president & CEO.  As a leader and pioneer in his field, Dr. Bluvband’s proficiency is highly sought after.  Dr. Bluvband has more than twenty-five years of experience consulting and teaching Quality, Reliability, Safety, and Logistics Engineering.  He developed unique expertise as Quality Assurance Director at Tadiran and Reliability Manager at Israel Aircrafts Industries. He has been an active member in the Israel Society for Quality where he served as President and Chairman from 1989-1994.  Dr. Bluvband is a senior lecturer at the EMBA program of the The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and he now serves as Chairman on the Israel Society for Quality International Committee. With a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Mathematics and a Ph.D. in Operational Research, Dr. Bluvband has authored more than fifty papers and two books.

Max Bluvband, CEO

Having worked on the cutting-edge for leading software companies for nearly a decade, Mr. Bluvband brings to Silent Communication exceptional business and technical expertise. Mr. Bluvband’s experience has ranged from VOIP Telephony to advanced mobile and multimedia technologies, having worked for Tundo, which specializes in next generation packet telephony and e-commerce solutions, and Softwatch, which creates internet solutions for pharmaceutical and health care companies. Mr. Bluvband has a bachelor’s degree in computer sciences.

Yuval Baharav

Yuval Baharav served as General Manager, Amdocs Cloud Services, a separate business unit, providing SaaS services enabling operators and developers build, deploy and monetize mobile applications. In Amdocs he also served as General Manager for Corporate Development & Strategy, leading Amdocs into multiple new markets, and managed the company's Network Business, based on the acquisition of Xacct. Yuval Served as a Partner with Sequoia Capital in Israel, focusing on Mobile, Financial Services and Internet. Prior to that, Yuval managed 2 start-up companies and was an invest manager with Koor Technologies, an Israeli venture capital firm.

Yair Goldfinger

Formerly founder and CTO of ICQ, Mr. Goldfinger is credited with the creation of Instant Messaging, a technology that has revolutionized the way we communicate on the Web. His successful invention was bought by AOL.|
Following his success at ICQ, Mr. Goldfinger turned his attention to the online advertising market with the creation of Dotomi Direct Messaging™. Similar to the one-to-one channel of Instant Messaging, which is permission-based, timely and direct, Mr. Goldfinger saw a need in the advertising market to deliver the same communication to marketers and consumers. He co-founded Dotomi with Eyal Schiff and currently leads the technology team. 
Mr. Goldfinger holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Tel Aviv, and is an active investor in several Israeli start-up companies.

Harry Bloomfield

Harry Bloomfield is a lawyer, business manager and philanthropist.
Bloomfield has served on numerous boards, public and private, including Heller Financial Canada; Banco Comercial Português, the Canadian subsidiary of Sottomayor Bank of Portugal; British Controlled Oilfields, Genoil Inc., and Balkan Resources Inc. He is President of the Eldee Foundation, Chairman of the Humane Society of Canada, and a member of the Financial Advisory Committee of the Jewish Community Foundation, and a Boardmember of the Jewish National Fund of Canada. Since December 2008 he was appointed to the Board of Directors of Wi2Wi Inc., a leader in developing multiple-radio and integrated wireless solutions. Bloomfield is a Member of the International Board of Governors of the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. Bloomfield is a Managing partner of the law firm of Bloomfield & Advocates.
